Having the breakfast included was very handy. However, the selection of food items was very limited. Hot showers were great with nice BIG towels.
The graffiti in the neighborhood was a safety concern but I did not have any problems. It was definitely a budget place to stay. Clearer directions on the location (and how to get there) would have been helpful. ie, take the metro to X stop and go north to X street and turn right.

The room was new-fashioned and nicely furnished, with with an own bathroom as well as a fan. The local staff were very helpful and decent. The location was comfy, close to a railroad station.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The location is mind-blowing, close to the metro station, train station, and bustling shopping street. The water pressure and hot shower are jaw-droppingly amazing, unlike anywhere else I've stayed. The staff, super friendly and accommodating, allowed us to check in early and store our luggage after check-out. The room itself was top-notch, with a comfy bed, well-equipped bathroom, and a flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels. It was a delight to sleep in a cool room during the hot summer days, thanks to the efficient air conditioning. The breakfast provided a good start to the day, especially the delicious coffee served by the owner. Plus, the hotel's close proximity to a supermarket was an added bonus. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was impressive, and the separate shower area was a refreshing change. The staff truly made our stay memorable with their warm hospitality.

Nothing cannot be appreciated. A bad experience.
Very poor service, especially the old man who is not helpful. Even though they had room in the 1st floor, when he saw that we had big lugguages, he still arranged the 3rd floor for us which there is no evalator but only stairs!!!!!!! He is also poor in English, when he wanted to express he doesn't know english, he would keep showing his unplesant face and said "you don't know english"....When his son arrival for helping him, he told his son that the reason why he didn't arrange the 1st floor, because it was for him and his big white dog!!!! It is not a 2 stars hotel, it cannot be mentioned as Hotel!!!! The bathroom was extremely dirty, and no remote control for TV (beware of that he would ask you back for the remote control).

Nothing in particular is worth mentioning....
The room was dirty, the toilet full of mold and the blankets were so dirty that they had turn into black. Not to mention the giant dog that was let loose going anywhere it wanted (I love dogs and I personally didn't have any problem with it but I believe that when you run a hotel you should respect all your clients) ....

The hotel has a British flag on the outside but the people inside don't speak any English, the gentlemen on the first night shift tried but the 2nd one couldn't even understand "room 5 please". There was no breakfast on the 2nd morning because they were closing for the holidays but my reservation included it.
